In the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may request that you provide photos of the damage to assist us in determining the best course of action.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned for a refund.
